New soundtrack music licensing policy starting December 2011: Recordings from the F.S.M. Loop Library can be used by BOTH subscribers and non-subscribers, provided that the standard royalty free terms of use are observed. (Basically, non-paying subscribers must ensure they credit BOTH this source (freesoundtrackmusic.com) and the composer as C.P.Bryan. For example: "Music Loop 24-hour Disco Drone by C.P.Bryan provided by freesoundtrackmusic.com".
For more details about how FSM synchronization licensing works please check the subscriptions and download credits page. It is recommended that the .WAV format files be used for production purposes, while the MP3 versions should be used for previewing. (the encoding MP3 process makes downloading quicker, but adds blank space affecting loop points and timing)
